Hi --
I just returned from the trip to the CIAM Bureau yesterday.  I will try to
put a file on this site which contains all of the F2 proposals, either
later today or tomorrow.  Essentially, other than the Danish (Luis')
[F2C] proposals, there were few others.  A number of French proposals
intended to clarify the team classification in case of tie scores.  

The WAG is still on, or at least not yet off.  There are still no firm
guarantees of support.  We have responded that we must have the time
reduced to 25.06-01.07, and the cost reduced to about 360 SFr for the
package and 180 SFr for entry alone.  Camping must be an option at the
competitor's discretion.  We will wait until 01.01.01 to hear.  In the
meantime Valladolid has offered to do an EC if this comes to naught.

[Maybe Doc means Euros instead of Swiss Francs, 180 Sfr would be a
